At Treaclemoon, we want you to love your bath and body treats, but if a scent isn't quite right, you can return unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to request a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Safely place the unused products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
